The latest confirmed order details shared by the support team before payment should be treated as the applicable details for that order.

Where available, the product page may show an estimated delivery time. Customers can confirm the latest estimate with the support team before payment.

Delivery, activation information, credentials, keys or other order instructions are normally provided through the same WhatsApp conversation unless another method is agreed.
